REMOVAL OF INDIVIDUAL CAPITAL CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENT FOR EARLY YEARS PUPILS

The Board of Governors at Harrow International School Hong Kong has announced the removal of the International Capital Certificate (ICC) admission requirement for Early Years pupils from November 2017.

The School has taken this measure as part of a strategic review.

ICCs will, however, entitle pupils to exemption from annual capital levies, and, subject to candidates meeting the admissions criteria, priority in gaining places into the School in the highly competitive market.

Additionally, the Governors have confirmed there are no plans to increase the annual capital levies for the foreseeable future.  The capital levy is used to fund essential maintenance programmes as well as investment in new equipment and facilities.
